When I created this membership, my aim was to create a place where women who are recovering/recovered from chronic illness and/or anxiety can come together for help, guidance and support from me, but also benefit from the feeling of togetherness and support of being in a group of like-minded people.

Which is exactly what it instantly became and continues to be.

This is a safe and supportive community where you can let me guide you, step by step, through the process I take my private clients so that you, too, can take back control of your life and make use of the resources and group calls to STAY in control.

No matter where you are in your emotional and physical health story, there will be something for you because this unique membership is designed to be an evolving one-stop-shop for self-development; there to provide constant support for your continual growth, improvement and movement forward.

*There are two membership levels to choose from – Standard and VIP

The Standard Membership gives you access to the entire membership for just £39 per month.

The VIP Membership gives you everything the Standard option does PLUS a 10 session 1-1 course of Mind Body Align™ Therapeutic Coaching with me for only £99.75 per month for a year.

*VIP Membership spaces are limited so not always available. When they are, they will be offered to successful applicants on a first come, first served basis.

The key areas that cause a build-up of negative emotions – and therefore anxiety and/or physical symptoms are: not meeting enough of our needs and boundary/unfair treatment issues.

These are things we struggle with because we are not generally taught how to meet our needs or disallow unfair treatment.

We are brought up to put others first and conditioned to avoid confrontation or upsetting them at all costs - and the cost is big - it’s our health and, ultimately, our lives.

If, like me, you realise that this way of living and doing things does not work and is the reason our society is in a lot of trouble in terms of emotional and physical health, let me show you another way.

Let me guide you in putting yourself first, meeting your needs with enough balance and variety, and setting healthy boundaries, as well as how to deal with the stuff can make all of this feel challenging.

And all within a safe community of other women who understand the issues you’re facing, the changes you are making and who are there to support you, as they do each other.

“Hearing the other members supporting others.

It is so supportive and helpful in so many ways. Being part of it has reduced my feeling of being isolated and alone.

Support and friendship from a wonderful group of like minded women and the knowledge that I can get help and support at all times from Susan. I don’t feel alone with my illness and mental health problems any more, this support has made such a difference to the way I feel about my life.

I think that women suffering from chronic health conditions should know that it is possible to improve your health and even get better using Susan’s mind/body approach. For me learning in a supportive and friendly group with Susan to guide us has made all the difference. I have learnt so much from the other members and Susan’s patience and commitment to helping us is amazing. I'm so glad I found this group.
